our machinery warranty

Palletizing and depalletizing machinery manufactured by Priority One are warranted for three (3) years, parts and labour, against failure or breakage due to design or material defects, with travel and living expenses extra. This warranty is conditional on the palletizing and depalletizing machinery being maintained and operated in accordance with Priority One specifications.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and is not transferable.

Unauthorized modifications to the machinery will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover peripheral equipment that is not manufactured by Priority One. Components specified by the Buyer that are not Priority One standard will be covered in accordance with the warranty offered by the component manufacturer.

our conveyor warranty

Conveyor manufactured by Priority One are warranted for one (1) year, parts and labor, against failure or breakage due to design or material defects, with travel and living expenses extra. This warranty is conditional on the equipment being maintained and operated in accordance with Priority One specifications.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and is not transferable.

Unauthorized modifications to the equipment will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover peripheral equipment that is not manufactured by Priority One, such as Case Conveyor or Stretch Wrappers.
